Our summer camp has always used ARO for our campers, and we place a very high value on safety and professionalism. Year after year we send dozens of very excited and happy teenagers down the Hudson knowing that ARO is going to provide a consistently high value experience.
Great experience. Very very cold in April, but the guides were more than helpful, even providing some warm wear. Nice length ride on the Hudson as well. Mike B was the best guide!

Customer service was very poor when I asked them to address a question. I asked to speak to a manager and "Gary" answered the phone. He was very rude and would not provide last name - only said he was the owner. I haven't experienced such rude behavior from a tour outfit before.
I will be taking my own family and friends down the Hudson this summer, and think it's the best deal in the Adirondacks.
